When you have considered carefully, our consultant will start the ball
rolling by completing the contract. Your order
is then passed onto our Technical Department.
They will arrange a survey of your windows, by our qualified Surveyor.
He will double-check your requirements,
and the actual measurements prior to passing the order onto our
manufacturing plant, to ensure that the items that we make fit perfectly
into your home. Once manufactured, our Installation
Department will contact you to arrange the installation of
your items. Once again, we will arrange the fitting at a mutually
acceptable time. After laying down dust-sheets, we
will carefully remove the existing frames,
taking care not to damage your existing decoration. We fit the new
frames into place, making sure that they are sealed in properly.
Your opening windows will be fitted into place, we trim around the
windows and doors, and repair bricks and mortar. We clear away any
debris, clean the floor, and leave your home spotless.
Quality checks are then
carried out. Our fitter will walk around your home with you, inspecting
the items fitted. We want to make sure that you are completely
satisfied with the overall project, before we leave. A satisfaction
note will be sent to you, on which you can score the company on
a scale of 1 to 10, in all the areas mentioned. We do take the feedback
very seriously. Your opinions count to us, so please take the time
to complete the form, (it will only take 2 minutes) and return the
form in the envelope provided. Finally, our After
Sales Service is available for any customer support required.
